Coaching Package Policies

Eligibility:

  • Clients must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States.

  • To purchase a coaching package, clients must have completed a 90-minute planning and strategy session within the past six months.

  • Packages include the option to pay in full or via a payment plan. Payment plan options include a processing fee.

  • Please review the specific policies for the package you are purchasing before making payment.

Payment & Scheduling:

  • For payment plans, all scheduled sessions require the weekly/monthly payment to be made before booking for that period (details vary per package).

  • Lump sum payment package items vary from payment plan packages.

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. Clients can reschedule twice during the package's active period (as outlined in the specific package policy) without penalty. After two reschedules, the session will be void.  Refunds will not be issued for voided sessions.

  • The rescheduling policy still applies within the package’s active term.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Coaching packages can be discontinued at any time within the package's active term. If a client cancels their package within this timeframe:

    • Paid in Full: The total cost, less the cost of attended sessions, will be refunded within 30 days to the bank account on file. If no bank account is on file, the client may choose to receive the amount via Zelle or a mailed check. If the client does not respond with payment preferences within 60 days of cancellation, the refund will be void.

    • Payment Plan: Any amount paid to date, less the cost of attended sessions, will be refunded in the same manner, but the processing fee will not be refunded.

  • Refunds will not be provided if the package is not discontinued before the set package period ends. Remaining sessions will be considered void, and no refunds will be issued.

 

No-Show Policy:

  • If a client is more than 10 minutes late to a session, it will be considered a no-show. The session will be void, and payment will be retained. The client may book another session, but a new payment will be required.
