Service Policies

Eligibility:

All clients must be over 18 years old and reside in the United States. Complimentary Services are limited to one per person and cannot be exchanged for monetary value, gifted, or transferred to another individual.

All single-service sessions must be paid for before scheduling.

Cancellation & Rescheduling for Single-Payment Services:

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Clients are allowed to reschedule twice without penalty. After two reschedules, the appointment will be considered null and void, and payment will be retained. If your session is considered void due to rescheduling or lateness, you are welcome to book a new session, but a new payment will be required.

There are no refunds for single-payment services. If a session is scheduled less than 24 hours in advance, rescheduling is not available, and no refund will be provided.

No-Show Policy:

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled session, it will be considered a no-show. The session will be void, and payment will be retained. Void sessions due to lateness or rescheduling may be booked as a new service, and new payment will be required.
