Managing corporate life with ADHD can be uniquely challenging, especially for women. The pressure to meet work demands while juggling personal responsibilities can often feel overwhelming. This 60-minute consulting session is designed to offer practical strategies tailored to your specific needs, helping you thrive in both your career and personal life. For Women with ADHD in Corporate Roles: Corporate environments demand focus, organization, and adaptability—areas where ADHD can present obstacles. From managing deadlines and projects to staying organized and communicating with colleagues, it’s easy to feel like you're constantly falling behind. As someone who has experienced these challenges firsthand, I help you create strategies that fit your work style, empowering you to work with your strengths instead of against them. This session will focus on clear, actionable steps to improve productivity, manage distractions, and prioritize your workload. Whether you're dealing with project overload or challenges in balancing work-life demands, you'll leave with practical solutions aligned with your professional goals. Work-Life Balance and ADHD: Maintaining a work-life balance can be tough, especially when ADHD adds complexity. You may find it hard to disconnect from work, maintain boundaries, or manage personal responsibilities, leading to burnout. This session will guide you through time management techniques, boundary-setting strategies, and self-care practices that help you maintain balance and well-being.
Service Specific Policy Items
Client Responsibility: Clients are expected to come prepared with specific challenges they face in their corporate roles. This allows us to maximize the time by focusing on tailored strategies that can be implemented immediately. Focus of the Session: This session is structured around helping you address corporate challenges such as managing deadlines, organizing tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and maintaining work-life balance. Time management, boundary-setting, and stress reduction will also be key components of the session. Limit of Responsibility: The information provided during this session is meant to guide and inform, but the success of any strategies or solutions depends on how you implement them. No guarantees of results are made, and we are not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of the strategies discussed. By participating in this session, you agree to take full responsibility for your actions and decisions based on the guidance provided. Eligibility: Clients must be over 18 and live in the U.S. Complimentary services are limited to one per person and cannot be exchanged for money, gifted, or transferred. All single-service sessions must be paid for before booking. Check the details of each service or package before making a payment. Cancellation & Rescheduling: You can reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the appointment. Clients can reschedule twice without penalty. After two reschedules, the session will be void, and payment will be kept. If a session is voided, you can book a new one with a new payment. Refunds: No refunds are given for single-payment services. If a session is booked less than 24 hours in advance, it cannot be rescheduled, and no refund will be issued. No-Show Policy: If you're more than 10 minutes late, the session is void, and payment will be kept. You can book another session, but a new payment is required.
