Service Description

Struggling to stay on task or feeling stuck in procrastination? A 60-minute Partnered Productivity session can provide the focus and support you need to get things done. Based on the ADHD body doubling concept, this session pairs you with a partner (me) to work alongside you, helping you stay on track and maintain momentum. During the session, we’ll work together virtually or in person, each focusing on our own tasks. My role is to provide subtle accountability and support, helping you push through distractions and task paralysis. Whether you’re organizing your home, completing work projects, or handling personal errands, having someone present creates a focused environment, reducing overwhelm and making it easier to accomplish what you’ve been putting off. By the end of the session, the idea is that you will feel more in control and capable of maintaining focus going forward. Perfect for anyone needing a boost in motivation and productivity.

This session provides a focused, supportive environment to overcome task paralysis. Whether managing work projects, personal errands, or organizing your space, the structure helps reduce overwhelm and encourages progress on tasks you’ve been avoiding. Session Guidelines: Partnered Approach: We will work side-by-side virtually, focusing on our respective tasks. I offer subtle accountability to keep you on track and minimize distractions. Accountability Support: Designed to keep you engaged, this service provides real-time support when you feel stuck or overwhelmed. Client Responsibility: Clients should come prepared with tasks or projects to focus on and maintain productivity throughout the session. Session Process: Task Selection: Choose tasks or projects you’d like to focus on before our 60-minute session. Work Together: We’ll work on our tasks, and I’ll provide gentle reminders to keep you moving forward. Momentum Boost: The goal is to leave the session feeling productive and in control, with real progress made. Eligibility: Clients must be over 18 and live in the U.S. Complimentary services are limited to one per person and cannot be exchanged for money, gifted, or transferred. All single-service sessions must be paid for before booking. Check the details of each service or package before making a payment. Cancellation & Rescheduling: You can reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the appointment. Clients can reschedule twice without penalty. After two reschedules, the session will be void, and payment will be kept. If a session is voided, you can book a new one with a new payment. Refunds: No refunds are given for single-payment services. If a session is booked less than 24 hours in advance, it cannot be rescheduled, and no refund will be issued. No-Show Policy: If you're more than 10 minutes late, the session is void, and payment will be kept. You can book another session, but a new payment is required. This session is designed to offer real-time productivity support based on the ADHD body doubling concept. While the session provides accountability and structure, the client is responsible for choosing tasks and maintaining focus. This session is not a replacement for comprehensive coaching and will not be used as such.
